These terms govern your use of ArtiRoute. By sending a booking request or creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
ArtiRoute helps customers request gas, heating, and plumbing work and receive priced quotes from independent platform-checked engineers before booking a visit. We facilitate matching, quoting, and scheduling; the work is performed by the engineer you approve, not by ArtiRoute.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
Quotes & payment
Quotes are prepared by engineers in the app. You approve a quote before a visit is scheduled. Payment for completed work is agreed between you and the engineer unless the quote states otherwise. Platform fees, if any, will be shown before you commit.
Cancellations & changes
You may cancel an open request or booked visit from your dashboard. Cancel as early as possible so engineers can offer the slot elsewhere. Engineers may propose changes via quote notes; you are not obliged to accept a revised price.
Engineer relationship
Engineers on the platform are independent. We verify platform standards before matching, and Gas Safe registration before gas or heating jobs. The engineer you approve is responsible for the work they carry out and for holding appropriate insurance.
Not for gas emergencies
This service is for quote-and-book work when there is no immediate gas emergency. If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or are in immediate danger, call 0800 111 999 or 999 — do not rely on this site for emergency response.
Limitation of liability
ArtiRoute provides a booking platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the quality of work performed by engineers, though we will help coordinate disputes through our support process where appropriate.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
